DentalRay will provide The CBCT machine, computer, necessary software, installation, support, and shipping! Your computer will also include DentalRay SyncTM, which will automatically upload your scans for review by DentalRay’s board-certified, state-licensed, medical radiologists.
No catch, no hidden fees. You will own the machine which you can depreciate on your taxes and get the best possible liability protection that only a state-licensed, board-certified, medical radiologist can provide.
1. Sign Contract
Sign a partnership agreement with DentalRay to review all your CBCT scans for medical pathology.
2. Installation
DentalRay will pay for the shipping and take care of the installation once it arrives.
3. Training
After installation, you will receive training on the machine, viewing software, and the DentalRay platform.
4. Start Scanning
Take scans without worrying about liability. Your scans will be automatically uploaded and reviewed by DentalRay.

As part of the sale of the machine, you will agree to send DentalRay up to your next 800 CBCT scans for review from one of our board-certified, state-licensed medical radiologists.
This service will be provided to you free of charge until the 800 scans have been completed, at which case you can choose to continue paying for any additional radiology reports at our regular rate.
If you average 20 reports per month, that’s close to 4 years worth of free radiology reports.
The truth about CBCT Scans: You are liable for everything on the scan.
You will get a comprehensive overview of any medical conditions of note outside of the dentition and identification of any periapical radiolucencies. Additionally, we can provide extra services as well, from a detailed analysis of the dentition, to implant planning or any other dental guidance you may require.

Your CBCT computer will come pre-installed with our proprietary software DentalRay SyncTM which will automatically upload your CBCT scans for review.
Online Dashboard
Manage your cases from anywhere by logging into your own secure, web-based dashboard. View and download report at any time.

Our web-based dashboard will allow you to view your scans at any time, from any computer, with our online PACS viewer.
Share Scans and Reports
Need to share a radiology report and scan with a patient’s doctor? Just click the share button, and we’ll email them a link to securely view both the scan and report online.

You will also receive a license to the popular QuickVision 3D software. QuickVision 3D is a next-generation dental imaging and implant planning software designed to deliver precise diagnostics and fully integrated digital workflows. With advanced 2D/3D visualization, intelligent implant simulation, and surgical guide creation tools, it empowers clinicians with accurate planning, safer procedures, and predictable outcomes from diagnosis to guided surgery.
The program includes one full day of training to cover how to use the machine, different use cases with the machine, the CBCT software, and the DentalRay platform.
DentalRay is standing by to support you when it comes to having your scans read by our board-certified medical radiologists.
Owandy Radiology is also available with a quick response time to support any hardware or software challenges that may arise.
The CBCT machine will be 100% owned by you, which allows you to also depreciate it on your taxes. There are multiple payment options available, including financing through DentalRay. Contact us to learn more about all available payment options.
DentalRay will install and set up the CBCT machine as well as the accompanying computer. Installation is typically completed in less than a day. Additional time may be required if we are also removing an existing CBCT machine.
Whether you are looking to upgrade from an older CBCT machine or add a second machine to your practice(s), DentalRay will remove your existing machine(if needed) and install the new CBCT machine.
The machine comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty, and repairs will be provided so long as they follow the policy and procedures outlined in their warranty.
No. The CBCT machine, computer, necessary software, installation, support, and shipping are all included.
Inventory fluctuates, but we should be able to deliver the CBCT machine within a few weeks after a signed agreement and approved credit check. We install the machines on a first come first served basis, so don’t delay!
